Account Executives (x2) – Financial SaaS FP&A Software, – West London / hybrid
£75-100k base + OTE £130-£170k
We’re working on an exclusive basis with an established international software provider in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) space to appoint 2 Account Executives. The company offers a cloud-based platform focused on financial consolidation, forecasting and reporting – built for mid-market and enterprise customers who want control and clarity, without the cost or complexity of legacy systems.
With a growing customer base in the UK and fresh investment into sales and marketing, they’re now looking to appoint two Account Executives to take the lead on new business growth.
The Role
Reporting to the UK based country director, this is a direct, commercially-focused role responsible for leading UK sales. You’ll be converting a mixture of warm leads and outbound-generated opportunities, targeting CFOs and senior finance leaders across private and public sector organisations.
You’ll have support from business development reps and colleagues covering compliance/legal pre-sales – but this is not a farming role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of the UK market and help shape the commercial approach from the ground up.
The Product
The platform brings together planning, forecasting, consolidation and reporting in one cloud-based solution. It integrates easily with ERP systems and provides a powerful layer for data aggregation and dimensional analysis – going well beyond what tools like Power BI can offer. It’s particularly well suited to organisations looking to move on from spreadsheets, internal workarounds or over-complicated enterprise systems. The product is mature, stable and proven internationally – with active investment to develop additional offerings for the UK market.
There’s a clear market fit – especially among mid-sized businesses and lower-tier enterprise organisations looking for a smarter, leaner solution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in commercially-minded software sales professionals who know how to develop a territory from the ground up. You’ll need to be confident in a hands-on, delivery-focused role – managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
You’ll likely bring
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions – ideally FP&A, ERP, BI, or related
- Understanding of the finance function – and how to engage CFO-level buyers
- A track record of building pipeline through outreach, events and partnerships
- Experience of the UK Mid-Market
- Ability to operate at pace in a growth-focused business
- A straightforward, no-nonsense approach to sales
We’re not looking for someone overly corporate or political – just a capable, driven salesperson with enough experience to get things moving.
Package
- Base: £75,000-£100,000
- OTE: £130,000–£170,000 uncapped
- Ramped quota to support onboarding
- Model: Hybrid with flexibility – Office base is West London
